in the hospitality industry. a 12-year progressive career path with
the internationally renowned le cordon bleu paris ottawa culinary
arts institute where she was a senior member of the management team
that relocated the ottawa institute to it's current location as
well as launching signatures @ le cordon bleu, a 5-diamond restaurant.
her extensive operational background in administration and planning
of operational infrastructure, including policies and procedures,
will be shared with the current and future dfs clients. sandra's
