sandra macinnis, ba, has spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry. a 12-year progressive career path with the internationally renowned le cordon bleu paris ottawa culinary arts institute where she was a senior member of the management team that relocated the ottawa institute to it's current location as well as launching signatures @ le cordon bleu, a 5-diamond restaurant.

her extensive operational background in administration and planning of operational infrastructure, including policies and procedures, will be shared with the current and future dfs clients. sandra's "best in class" experience in the hospitality industry will continue the dfs tradition of professionalism in food service operational planning and design for all industry sectors.
