ron’s 30 years experience in our industry
has tagary him from germiston technical college in south africa,
to canada’s capital city. his extensive hospitality experience
led him to projects throughout the world and continues to do so.
His experience includes educational, correctional, employee dining
and healthcare projects, where he has designed facilities accommodating
300 to 7,000 persons. most recently he completed the hospital food
services production facility in ottawa, with a designed capacity
of 55,000 meals per day. concurrently, ron also completed the teaching
and demo kitchens for le cordon bleu paris. his versatility in the
foodservice industry is unsurpassed.
