Gary S. Gunderson,

Principal, Innovative Hospitality Solutions
Gary is a 29-year veteran of the on-site
foodservice industry, and is a Principal and Co-Founder of Innovative
Hospitality Solutions.
Prior to co-founding Innovative Hospitality Solutions, Gary was
Executive Vice President and Director of MBNA’s Dining &
Hospitality Services responsible for global food service and retail
programs for over 28,500 MBNA employees in North America and abroad
with a budget of $60 million. Before joining MBNA, Gary was Director
of Business Development for the Compass Group. Previously, he was
Director of Business Operations for Motorola’s Hospitality
Group.
Gary is an active member and Past President of the Society for
Foodservice Management (SFM). In 1994, he received SFM’s “Lifetime
Achievement” award, and in 2004, he received IFMA’s
Silver Plate Award in the Business & Industry/Foodservice Management
category. He also is a member of both the National and Delaware
Restaurant Associations. He currently serves as on the executive
committee for the Delaware Restaurant Association. Gary holds a
bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University
of Phoenix and has achieved designation of Foodservice Management
Professional through the National Restaurant Association
