charles has an architectural technician diploma
from algonquin college. he joined the ottawa team of dfs in 2006
and provides cad production and support to our facilities design
team. his work includes completing design details, mechanical and
electrical schedules, all point of connection diagrams and the completion
of related construction documentation. his in depth knowledge of
autocad makes him a valuable member of the design team.
